Tags

Current/Past Club members will not be issued a new tag for Spring. New members will receive their tag sometime their first week. Tags will be used to scan into Club each day. We

recommend tying tags to backpacks to ensure they are brought every day and do not get lost. It is the Club Members responsibility to keep their tag safe. Lost tags are $3 to be replaced. Friday only club members will not receive a tag. TRAXTALK notifications can only be sent when club member scans their tag upon entry. (see more under "Communication")

Communication

Communication is made primarily though our mass text messages. These will come from our primary phone number at 307-382-2639. Communication can be made via call or text to this number. For the fastest response, please call. To be added to communication reminders, you can text current session name and year (ex. Spring 26) to 307-382-2639.

Stay in the know and receive alerts when your club member scans their tag when they arrive afterschool by downloading the "TRAXTALK" app. Login with the email provided on your parent portal (registration) account.
