Summer Information

Enroll

Enrollment open from March 25th to current and returning members and April 1st to new members.


Payment schedule: each payment is $130 each, per club member.

Deposit- at time of sign up

Second Payment - April 22nd

Third Payment - May 13th

Final Payment - June 3rd

Total $520 per youth club member and $35 per teen club member must be paid in full before June 8th.


*If you qualify for free/reduced lunch through SW1, complete this application for assistance and return to bgcofsw@gmail.com.  Minimum deposit of $130 must be made before submitting application for assistance.

Summer 2026

Hours: Monday—Thursday 8am-5:30pm

Club is CLOSED every Friday as well as July 22nd & 23rd for staff training

First day is Monday, June 8th. Last day is Thursday, August 13th.

Pick-up & Drop-off

Doors will open at 7:50am. Please have all Club members wait in vehicles until doors open. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to drop off Club members to wait outside before Club opens. If you drop off after 9am, please ring the doorbell. If your Club Members will be walking to/from club at any time, please notify the office. Club closes at 5:30pm sharp. Late pickups are subject to an additional fee as well as an earlier pickup time. Club is a closed campus. Parents will be able to walk their Club Members in on the first day ONLY. To pick-up, please text or call 307-382-2639 and your Club Members will be sent out to you. Once again, we are a closed campus and parents are not allowed to come inside to pickup.  If you need to come in to speak with a staff member, just give us a call and we can let you in. 


Summer Activities

 Summer Movies - TBA  We are waiting on info from the theater.


Club will take occasional field trips to city parks, bowling, museums, ect. There are no set dates for these activities. We will notify families via texting service on when these special activities will occur and if your Club member needs to bring anything with them. 


Meals

Breakfast will be served at 9:00am and Lunch will be served at 12:00pm. Club Members must either eat the lunch Club provides or bring a cold lunch. If Club Members refuse to eat what is provided, a phone call will be made home. For cold lunches, please do not send items that need to be microwaved.


Club Tags

We will not be using tags for the Summer. If your Club member currently has a tag, please keep them home and safe for next school year.



Notifications

All important information will be sent out via text to the listed Head of Household on your parent portal. If you need to add a second parent, you can sign up by texting SUMMER26 to 307-382-2639, then send a second message with your First & Last Name.
